Pre-Trial Diversion Program

  • Our pre-prosecution diversion classes are easy to access, simple to use, effective, low-cost, and meet Prosecutor/Court requirements.

  • Defendant self-referral $59, $150 for Prosecutor referred defendants (no cost to referring agency).

Diversion classes available online are an effective way to address misdemeanor cases and help defendants get on the right track. Whether you need to satisfy requirements for court ordered anger management classes, minor drug or alcohol offences, etc. jail diversion programs address root causes to behavior and encourage restorative justice.

At Axis ePrograms, our online misdemeanor diversion program includes a variety of courses that satisfy the needs of participants along with the requirements of public defenders, prosecutors, courts, and probation departments.

This fee includes; all documentation and communications with the court, referring agency, and participant/defendant, necessary to support case dismissal  and completion. 

How To Complete Our Diversion Pre-Trial Diversion Program:
 

  • Sign up or be referred by a prosecutor.

  • Complete Online Program (60-90 Minutes)

  • Certificate of completion is sent to both the defendant and referring agency.
     

**Clients may be referred to take a AeP course by a prosecutor or Court, or maybe taking the course for reasons unrelated to the judicial system, or may have been encouraged by the public defender or an attorney to take this AeP course.  However, in order for client to obtain a dismissal or vacation of his/her criminal charges by a prosecutor and/or Court by completing an AeP course, said client must first obtain in writing an agreement from said prosecutor and/or Court that the successful completion of the AeP course will result in the dismissal or vacation of  said charges.  When prosecutors and/or Courts directly refer clients to Aep, that referral will constitute their agreement the client charges set forth on said referral will be dismissed and or vacated upon successful completion of the AeP course.
